“Maybe this version of you has something to say.”
- Laura E. Arnold, LMHC, LPC, LCPC.
They say “it’s normal”... but it doesn't feel normal.
You used to know who you were. Now everything feels harder. Maybe you've read the articles, talked to your doctor, or been told it's "just hormones." But knowing why it's happening doesn't change the fact that you don't feel like yourself.
You're feeling off, second-guessing yourself, feeling emotionally reactive, and wondering what happened to the confident, capable woman you used to be. From the outside, life may look completely normal, while internally you feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, and the life you've built.
Some days, the hardest part isn't the symptoms. It's the fear that the woman you used to be is gone, and you don't know how to find your way back to her.
You deserve more than just getting through this.
Imagine feeling like yourself again. Clear, grounded, and connected to who you are. Instead of constantly wondering what's wrong with you, you understand what's happening and know how to respond with compassion and confidence.
You trust yourself more, advocate for what you need, and feel more at home in your own life. With the right support, tools, and guidance, you no longer have to carry this alone or simply survive your way through it.
This chapter doesn't have to be the beginning of your decline. It can be the beginning of a deeper, stronger version of you.
Why me?
My passion for this work didn't come from a textbook. It came from my own experience navigating perimenopause and menopause and feeling firsthand how isolating and disorienting it can be when you no longer recognize yourself.
Like many women, I found myself searching for answers, support, and professionals who truly understood the emotional impact of this transition. That experience inspired me to become a Certified Menopause Specialist and dedicate part of my practice to helping women navigate this season with greater understanding, support, and self-trust.
Here, you don’t have to explain it. I know this is about more than hormones. It's about identity, relationships, and finding your way back to yourself.
