You keep telling yourself you're fine.
From the outside, your life probably looks pretty good. You're responsible. Capable. The person other people come to when they need something. Yet underneath all of that, you're exhausted.
Maybe you're wondering the reason you feel so emotionally reactive lately. The reason you're lying awake at night replaying conversations, snapping at people you love, questioning decisions you've already made, or feeling disconnected from a life that used to fit.
Part of you keeps thinking, "I should be able to handle this." Another part of you is wondering how much longer you can keep living like this.
What if nothing is wrong with you?
Maybe you've been searching for the right tip, book, podcast, supplement, or workout plan that will finally help you push through this.
But real change doesn't happen because you find one more coping strategy. It happens when you have the right support and a solid therapeutic relationship with someone who can help you make sense of your story.
That's when life starts to feel lighter, relationships feel enjoyable, and you begin feeling more like yourself again.
I get you.
I know what it's like to not feel like yourself anymore. That's the reason I don't approach therapy as just symptom management or quick fixes.
I take the time to understand the whole person sitting in front of me and build a relationship where you feel seen, understood, challenged, and genuinely supported.
Because real change happens when you stop trying to figure it all out on your own.
My Specialties
-

Perimenopause & Menopause Support
For women who feel like they’ve lost themselves and want support and guidance from someone who gets it.
-

Anxiety & Life Direction
For adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what's next and are ready to move forward.
-

Childhood Trauma & Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
For those ready to stop carrying old patterns and start building healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Most of the people I work with already know how to push through, keep going, and function despite what they're carrying.
That’s the reason my approach focuses more deeply on relationship depth, identity work, and self-reconnection.
Together, we'll create a space built on trust, consistency, emotional safety, and honest conversations.
This isn't about quick fixes and nervous system hacking. It's about helping you feel genuinely excited about your life moving forward.
What healing looks like:
› Feeling more like yourself again.
› Trusting yourself instead of constantly second guessing.
› Setting boundaries without guilt.
› Feeling calmer, steadier, and more emotionally grounded.
› Understanding your patterns instead of feeling controlled by them.
› Building healthier relationships.
› Moving through life with greater clarity and confidence.
› Feeling connected to yourself again.
Meet the Clinician
Hey, I'm Laura Arnold, LMHC, LPC, LCPC.
If there's one thing I've learned after years of doing this work, it's that people make a lot more sense than they think they do. Most of the clients who find me are capable, insightful, and carrying far more than anyone realizes.
My job isn't to judge you, fix you, or reduce you to a list of symptoms. It's to understand the whole picture, help you make sense of what's happening, and walk alongside you as you create meaningful change.
I'll meet you exactly where you are, without judgement, yet we're not staying there.
